Jeremiah Van Dora

 I am a Hartwell native and I brings a varied background of experience to the company.  Prior to joining Anchor All Realty & Mortgage, Inc., I worked for two of the largest commercial real estate firms in the United States, The Trammell Crow Company and The Staubach Company.  Working out of Atlanta, GA on the East Coast Retail Investment Team, I worked on the sales of shopping centers with an aggregate value of over $256,000,000.  My role included preparing offering packages, collecting due diligence, market and financial analysis, preparing promotional pieces, and meeting with and keeping clients up-to-date on the sales process. 

Prior to working in commercial real estate, I started my own residential development company in Hartwell, GA after graduating from Furman University.  During my two years of managing every facet of the company, I oversaw the construction and sale of the two speculation houses.
