I have been either the buyer or the seller in 29 real estate transactions in my life-28 of those had either surprises, agent apathy in anything except the sales commission, poor merchandising and/or communication, lack of disclosure, "Oh, you'll have to do that" or the infamous "Opps...they forgot to tell me that part of the deal". Our dealing with you had none of the above!! To say "THANK YOU" for a job well done just doesn't express how much we appreciate your tireless effort.

Dear Ms. Mobley:
Please accept our thanks for acting as our Agent in the sale of our house in Hartwell. We were at a disadvantage in that we live too far away to adequately supervise the repairs and landscaping that were needed to get the house ready to sell. You facilitated all of it,
including seeing that the lawn was mowed, securing talented painters and repairmen, and inspecting the property after the work was accomplished. As another great benefit, you were able to get the work done for less than we could have, since we do not have contacts with local professionals. We have attempted to sell the house on two other occasions, to no avail. One agent who had the listing did not do a market analysis, and recommended that we price the property too low. The other agent made negative comments about the house to us and to prospective buyers. Your work was professional in every way, from the flyer you printed, to the advertising in various publications, to helping the closing to go smoothly and with no surprises. We would be pleased to recommend you to anyone seeking to buy or sell property in Hartwell.
Thank you so very much.
With best regards,
Alice McElreath

I am not a professional real estate developer, nor do I have a lot of buying and selling experience. So far, I have bought and sold one home and two condominiums, all in different states. Even though I have not had a lot of real estate experience, I have lived and know enough to recognize professionalism and integrity when I see them. After spending approximately two years studying the real estate market both in Hartwell, Georgia, and Palm Beach County, Florida, I found a listing that just spelled "home" to me right off the bat, and I knew it was priced well. Knowing that, I was ready to dive into the deal. Most realtors would have jumped on my informal offer since it was via e-mail (i.e., in writing). Instead, it was suggested I wait until the weekend, when I had already planned to visit, and view the home first. I was assured all offers that might come in meanwhile would be held and presented simultaneously with mine, should I still choose to make one. Not only was I happy to know that no offers would be presented before mine, I knew I was dealing wtih an honest and professional office. I made the trip up, the house was exactly what I thought it would be, I made an offer, it was accepted, and that was the extent of my efforts toward obtaining the house. Everything beyond that was done for me. I was presented with a variety of mortgage options from different lenders, and the deal was made. To my surprise, my insurance options were also presented in order for me to make a decision, and I was provided with all of the contact information for utilities, etc. It could not have been easier for an out-of-state buyer (or the out-of-state seller). My deal from offer to closing took only three weeks. The biggest bonus was that I also had a good time dealing with the staff at Anchor All Realty and Mortgage!

To Whom it may concern,
It is with pleasure, and complete confidence, that I would recommend Ms. Tammy Mobley to handle your real estate needs. Tammy has listed and sold two of our homes on Lake Hartwell with in the past three years. Additionally, she helped us find a home to purchase after a lengthy search as well. On every front we felt Tammy was knowledgeable, personable and professional. My husband and I both were delighted with the service we received from Tammy and Anchor All Realty. It is not often said that realtors and sales people are thought to have their clients best interest at heart. But, I assure you that Tammy is hardworking, pleasant, and has had our best interest at heart every time we have dealt with her.
Sincerely,
Carol and Michael Cofer

I want to thank you for all that you and your staff have done for me in the past couple of years. First, you found a buyer for my lake home in 2006 and sold it for the asking price. That home was only listed for a few months. Shortly after that sell, you guys sold a lake lot for me, also in 2006, for just a little less than the asking price. Both of those transactions took place when I was out of town and you ran me down, faxed information to me and the deals were ready to close when I got home. Closing on both properties were a snap!
On the day I moved out of my lake home, Karen Posey on your staff found the home that I am currently living in. That was in 2007. She knew exactly what I was looking for and she did not give up until she found it.
Karen now has a piece of investment property listed for me. She has shown it several times and I know a buyer is just around the corner. She keeps me posted on the status of activity and reminds me of such things as when my grass needs cutting. She always checks everything out when she shows the house and recently found a small leak under a sink that could have really caused a problem if it had not been caught in time.
I have recommended you to several of my friends and will continue to do so. You provide excellent customer service and have the highest integrity of any professional REALTOR.
Thanks For All Your Help,
